Delivery Policy

SC Girls Own Cosmetics SRL will deliver the products within the terms mentioned on the online store for the ordered product, within 1-3 days from the date of order generation or within 10 days from the date the customer generated the order in special cases, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.


If it cannot execute the contract due to the fact that the product or service is not/is no longer available, the company will inform the customer about this unavailability, and the amounts of money paid by the customer for the unavailable product, if any, will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days.


If the delivery deadlines cannot be met, SC Girls Own Cosmetics SRL will notify the customer of the estimated delivery completion date.


If SC Girls Own Cosmetics SRL receives erroneous information related to the billing or delivery of the products, it may refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a breach of contract, or it may establish a new deadline for honoring the order.

DELIVERY IN ROMANIA

The products sold by Girls Own Cosmetics can be delivered throughout Romania through the courier company FAN Courier, using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order. After the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding the new status of the order. The delivery term is 1-3 business days for products that are in stock. In rare cases (high-impact promotions, Black Friday, unforeseen events, holiday periods, etc.), order processing may take longer due to the large volume of parcels or temporary cessation of activity. However, the processing of confirmed orders cannot exceed 10 days.


The processing of orders that include products whose stock was incorrectly reported by our platform or those placed by users who could not be contacted by our company's sales advisors will be postponed until the situation is resolved.


Delivery cannot be scheduled. Please do not place orders with specific delivery dates, especially if this period exceeds 3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they were received. Therefore, orders with such specific dates will be canceled. Place your order 1-2 days before the date you know you will be available to receive the package.

DELIVERY TIMETABLE

Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday, to the address specified in the order. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Given that we use an outsourced service, we cannot request the partner courier company to deliver at a specific time or date. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the partner courier company. The delivery time is generally a maximum of 2 days from the moment the package is shipped, but these terms may be exceeded in certain cases such as promotional periods, holidays or periods when the roads are impassable (floods, heavy snowfall, etc.).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Girls Own Cosmetics products can currently be ordered with worldwide delivery via DHL, with shipping costs varying by country. Please enter your destination address at checkout to see the shipping cost.


Orders with international delivery will be paid in advance via MobilPay and will have a delivery time of 2-3 business days. In rare cases (high-impact promotions, Black Friday, unforeseen events, holiday periods, etc.), order processing may take longer due to high volume of packages or temporary cessation of activity. However, the processing of confirmed orders cannot exceed 10 days.


In countries outside the European Union, customs duties are charged in addition to the value of the package. These are separate from the cost of the products and shipping and are not included in the price displayed at checkout, as they are specific to each destination.


Items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Items are delivered to the Recipient's address communicated by the Sender, but not necessarily personally, to the nominated Recipient. Items to addresses with a central reception area will be delivered to that area.


DHL may notify the Recipient of a future delivery or a failed delivery, the Recipient may be offered alternative delivery solutions such as delivery on another day, delivery without a signature upon receipt, redirection or collection from a shipping center.


If Delivery cannot be made or the recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located or the recipient refuses delivery or refuses to pay Customs Duties or other costs related to the Shipment, the recipient will be refunded only the cost of the products, not the cost of transportation. We reserve the right to withhold amounts equivalent to the extra taxes that are charged to us due to the above situations, due to the recipient's fault.


DHL will use reasonable efforts to deliver Shipments according to DHL's regular delivery schedules, but these are not binding. Girls Own Cosmetics and DHL are not liable for any damages or losses caused by delays.


The invoice is issued automatically, exclusively by e-mail, on the day the package was handed over to the courier company or at the latest on the day of delivery. The customer is fully responsible for providing an incorrect, incomplete or invalid e-mail address. He can request the invoice to be resent at any time by e-mail to office@girlsowncosmetics.ro

MODIFY OR CANCEL ORDER

The possibility of canceling an order whose status is "Registered" is available directly in the customer account, the "My Account" page in the "Orders" section.


If you wish to modify or cancel an order whose status is: "In Processing", this can be done by contacting the Customer Relations Department by email at: office@girlsowncosmetics.ro or by phone, between 10:00 and 18:00, at the phone number: 0723101100. However, we cannot guarantee that this will still be possible. The customer will assume the possibility that an order can no longer be modified if the package has already been prepared and the AWB issued for delivery to the courier or other causes occur that make it impossible to modify the order.


An order whose status is "Shipped" can also be canceled by phone, provided that it has NOT yet been picked up by the courier company. In the event that the package has left the Girls Own Cosmetics headquarters, the CUSTOMER only has the option of returning/rejecting the order. In the event that the customer has not informed the company about the desire to cancel the order, its refusal is considered abuse. Thus, we reserve the right not to honor orders from customers who have previously refused an order unless they pay the order value in advance.


Also, the customer will be charged the shipping fee if the package paid in advance online with a card is refused/not picked up, the recipient cannot be found, the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete data. The customer will only be refunded the amount for the ordered product.
