Placing an order is done by accessing the online store, in the Shop section of the main menu: https://girls-own-cosmetics.myshopify.com/collections. After adding the desired products to the cart, click on Cart (top right) and follow the steps to complete the order.

YES , delivery is made anywhere in the world via DHL Express service.

You just need to select the destination country when entering your delivery details.

  • For Romania, shipping is 15 RON anywhere in the country via FAN Courier.
  • For international deliveries, when you enter your address and destination country, shipping will be automatically calculated.
  • Please note that for NON-EU countries you must pay customs duties on the parcel, if the customs law of that country requires it. These are not included in the price of the product or shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
For Romania, the package can be paid for on delivery or by card online.

International orders are paid in advance, by card online.

It is not important what currency your card is in. It will be automatically converted to RON when you pay online. For online payments, we use a secure service.

The order has a processing time of 1-3 business days (both national and international). This period may be extended during busy periods, such as holidays, promotional periods with high impact, vacations, etc. Also, Girls Own Cosmetics is not responsible for delays of the courier company, given that we cannot control this. From the moment of shipment, orders are delivered in approximately 1-2 days.

ATTENTION! We need your full name and complete address in order to ship an order. Please leave all the necessary information, as requested in the order form: street, number, block, staircase, floor, apartment, commercial space, as the case may be. Deliveries are made according to the postal code, so please write it correctly. All these inaccuracies may lead to delivery delays or order cancellation, considering that all packages with the wrong address are stopped in the shipping company's warehouse and are not delivered until the problems are fixed. Thus, we only ship orders with complete data.

Delivery cannot be scheduled. Please do not place orders with delivery specifications on a specific day or time slot. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they were received and are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday , during normal business hours, to the address specified in the order. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Given that we use an outsourced service, we cannot request the partner courier company to deliver at a specific time. Couriers receive the route from the responsible warehouse, depending on the packages scanned for delivery on that day.

When the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an order completion email. You will also receive an SMS on the day of delivery with an interval of approximately 3 hours and the courier's phone number. Any requests or changes are made directly to him. 3 delivery attempts are made for each parcel.

Please carefully check the products in your cart before placing your order. Due to the nature of the order preparation process, changes/additions cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding!

The specifications in this regard can be found on each product page. For various problems such as acne, redness or others, please consult a dermatologist. Only he can tell you which ingredients you should avoid, depending on the specifics of your problem . We are a cosmetic company , we do not have treatment-type products that solve skin problems and we are not doctors , so we cannot offer you treatments. Please do not ask us for such recommendations.

On each product page you will find a button with which you can sign up for a restock alert by providing your email address. When the product is added to stock, all registered people automatically receive an email. Please note that the implementation of this system was made precisely because we cannot provide a fixed date for restocking. There are various unforeseen situations encountered in production/delivery that are beyond our control and in order to avoid any misunderstandings/subsequent delays/other inconveniences , we cannot communicate information of this type.
