  1. How can I place an order?

    Placing an order is done by accessing our online store, in the Shop section of the main menu:
    https://girlsowncosmetics.ro/shop/. After adding the desired products to the cart, click your Cart (top right) and follow the steps to complete the order.

  2. Do you deliver internationally?

    YES, we deliver worldwide through DHL Express service. All you have to do is to select your country of destination when you are inserting your delivery data.

  3. How much does shipping cost?

    For Romania, shipping tax is 17 RON by GLS courier. For international deliveries, when you enter your address and country of destination, shipping will be automatically calculated. Please keep in mind that for NON EU countries you will have to pay customs duties for your package, if customs require it. These duties are not included in the order price and represent the customer’s responsibility.

  4. What payment options do you offer?

    For Romania, orders can be paid by cash on delivery or online payment using your credit card. International orders are only paid in advance, by credit card.

  5. Can I pay if my card is in a different currency than the displayed prices?

    Currency of your card does not matter. The conversion to RON will be done automatically when paying online. For online payments, we use a secure service.

  6. How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

    Orders has a delivery time between 2-4 working days (both national and international). This period can be extended during busy times such as holidays, high-impact promotional periods, etc. Also, Girls Own Cosmetics is not responsible for delays concerning the courier company, as we cannot control this.
    CAREFUL! We need your full name and full address to be able to ship an order. Please leave all the necessary information, as required in the order form: street, number, block, staircase, floor, apartment, commercial space, as appropriate. Deliveries are made according to the postal code, so please write it correctly. All these inaccuracies can lead to delayed delivery or cancellation of the order, given that all packages with the wrong address are stopped in the warehouse of the carrier and do not come out in delivery until the problems are remedied. Thus, we only ship orders with complete data.

  7. Can I schedule my delivery?

    Delivery cannot be scheduled. Please do not place orders with delivery specifications for a specific delivery date or time slot. Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they were received. Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours, to the address mentioned in the order. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Since we use an outsourced service, we can NOT request the shipping company to deliver at a certain time. Couriers receive the route from the responsible warehouse, depending on the packages scanned to be delivered that day. Once your order is handed to the courier, you will receive an order completion email. Also, you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery with a time interval of approximately 3 hours and the telephone number of the courier. Any requests or changes are made directly with him. For each package, 3 delivery attempts are made.

  8. Can I modify order?

    Please carefully check the products in your cart before placing an order. Due to the nature of the order preparation process, no changes/additions can be made. Thank you for understanding!

  9. How can I find out what type of skin a product is for?

    These specifications can be found on each product’s page. For various problems such as acne, redness or others, please consult a dermatologist. Only a specialist can tell you what ingredients to avoid, depending on the specifics of your problem. We are a cosmetic company, we do not have treatment products that solve skin problems and we are not doctors, so we cannot offer you treatments. Please do not ask us for such recommendations.

  10. A product I want is out of stock. How can I be informed of restock?

    On each product’s page you will find a button that helps you register for stock alert by providing your e-mail address. When the product is in stock, all subscribers automatically receive an email. Please note that the implementation of this system was done precisely because there are various unforeseen situations encountered in production / delivery and thus we cannot provide a certain date for restock.
